Rates

Every rate is published before work starts.

The hourly rate, the travel rate and the billing rules are the same on every job. Below is a calculator that turns those same rates into an approximate figure.

What the invoice covers

The hourly rate and the rules every invoice is built from. They do not change with the job or the customer.

  1. 0150 €/h

    Standard conditions

Weekdays, at an agreed time. This is the default rate.

  2. 0270 €/h

    Special conditions

The exception, not the rule — it applies in four situations.

    When it applies
  3. 031 h

    Minimum billing

A shorter job is still billed as one hour.

  4. 040,5 h

    Increments after the first hour

A started half-hour is billed in full.

  5. 051,5 €/km

    Travel

Measured one way from Keila. No travel charge on a job in Keila itself.

  6. 06+1 h

    Materials

Materials are a separate line on the invoice. If they need sourcing beforehand, labour is added.

  7. 07≤ 50 km

    Service area

Keila and Harju County. Jobs further out are agreed separately.

  8. 08

    Rate changes during a job

If conditions bring the special rate into play, you are told at the first opportunity — not on the invoice.

VATTo be confirmed — whether the rates above include VAT is being settled before launch.
