About
One electrician, one rate card, Keila and Harju County.
PingeProff OÜ is an electrical contractor based in Keila. Work is carried out under a licence and priced from a published rate card that is on the site before anyone picks up the phone.
What that means in practice
The work is finished. A connection left as a temporary fix comes back sooner or later — and it comes back at the worst moment. So nothing here is left “like that for now”.
With a fault, the cause is what gets looked for, not the symptom. A breaker that keeps tripping is not the problem — it is the sign of one. Replace only the breaker and the same situation returns in a few months.
Explaining the work
Before the work you are told what needs doing and why. After it you are told what was done. If something turns up mid-job that changes the scope or the price, you are asked first — it does not appear on the invoice as a surprise.
The work is explained in plain language. You do not need to know what an RCD is to understand what was done in your home and why it was done that way.
Pricing
The price does not depend on who is asking. The hourly rate is 50 €/h, travel is 1,5 € per kilometre from Keila, and materials are a separate line on the invoice. Minimum billing is 1 hour, then in 30-minute increments. Those numbers are published so that nobody has to ask for them.
If a job does not need doing, that gets said too. It is a shorter conversation than a quote, but an honest one.
Where the work happens
At home, in the office or outdoors. Keila and Harju County, normally up to 50 km from Keila. There is no permanent office address — the work happens at your place, which is why travel is its own line on the invoice rather than hidden inside the rate.
